Phil Joined 2nd Stockport Sea Scouts at age 11,became a Senior Scout,then Rover Scout.

 

Roles have been, Water Activities Adviser, ADC Scouts, D.C. 3 times, C.C., Assistant Leader Trainer, and currently County Chairman. In between and before retiring I was a solicitor with a firm in Manchester and I am currently a Deputy Lieutenant of Greater Manchester.
