Greater Manchester East has its own web site for Adventurous Activities and this can be found at -

The information on the site is intended to help Leaders understand what activities require activity permits and activities where you will not need one.

This is of course provided you follow the rules in POR chapter 9 and understand all relevant fact sheets which are linked in the appropriate sections.

There is also information on the site for future events and training.
